2Fellos
I’ve heard 2Fellos play at the Whiskey Jar many times now and they’re always a highlight of the night. They bring something really different to the usual line-up, using two cellos in a way that is fun, inventive and genuinely engaging. They’re both excellent musicians, but what really stands out is their personality and ability to connect with people. I think what they do is something genuinely exciting and original.”

About us…
Hi! We’re Rob and Jordan, we joined forces to create a group built around not just one of the world’s favourite string instrument… but two of them.
We love bringing classical music to people in places you might not expect to hear it. Whether it’s a club, a pub, or somewhere in between, our aim is simple: make classical music feel welcoming, exciting, and alive.
Alongside performing everything from classical favourites to popular music and unexpected arrangements… we also love sharing the stories behind the music - the composers, influences, and moments in history that shaped some of the most famous pieces ever written.
“The 2Fellos were genuinely some of the most organised and punctual musicians I have ever worked with. They learnt new material especially for the evening and showed nothing but charm, warmth and complete professionalism throughout.
Their classical arrangements were absolutely breathtaking - at times, you could have heard a pin drop in the room. It was a truly beautiful performance that gave us genuine goosebumps.
The audience loved them. They were engaging and informative, sharing the stories behind their chosen pieces and creating a wonderful connection with everyone in the room.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 2Fellos to anyone looking for an exceptionally talented instrumental classical duo. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end.”

“It’s always an absolute pleasure to watch The 2 Fellos perform - time slows and the way they play is transporting. The 2Fellos also performed on a couple of recordings for me, taking the tracks to the next level with their beautiful playing. We recorded a live session of these tracks earlier this year - they were super professional, enjoyable to work with and the result is something I’m really proud of. I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
